"These apartments are basic but very clean. Kitchen has limited utensils and therefore you can't really do much cooking but there is a full size fridge with freezer and microwave and coffee machine. My criticism really is there is no air con and the rooms are really stuffy, particularly the bathroom as ours didn't have a window. "A very nice little apartment hotel which I used while at Ironman Barcelona. The hotel likes the event so was very accommodating of bikes and things like that. Very friendly staff, chatted about how things were going and were happy to answer questions. The room was a little basic compared to a more expensive hotel, but for the price it was fine. "I LOVED this hotel. Clean, nice, cozy. It is equipped with full kitchen and minifridge. Walking distance to Badalona beach and lots of shopping and dinning options. Walking distance to buses, train, and metro stops that take you downtown Barcelona in ~15 minutes. We wanted to stay an additional night and Diana was very helpful finding us one and moving our bags to the new one. If I visit Barcelona again, I will like to stay here."

"Being American, Europe often feels like a second world country with some of the lack of amenities and the complications surrounding transportation and overall cleanliness. I would say that Granollers is great for being a non-tourist city in Europe and the hotel has amenities that I had not found elsewhere! The staff is incredible. They’re absolutely lovely and polite and they give amazing advice on food, culture, and local adventures. The exemplary staff is defined by an individual named Xavi Pascual who works at the front desk. He did such an amazing job that I am actually planning back to repeat my adventures in Granollers and staying at Aparthotel Atenea again. "
