"The pension as a whole is fine, separate bathrooms, the cleanliness etc is fine. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and a minor thing the coffee machine did not work. I had to contact the manager to see if my traveling companion was ok as she was not responding to my knocks on the door and the manager did not see any urgency even though the plans we had made were broken and I did not know where she was, she eventually turned up, but the manager did not."

"Fantastic hotel! The operator George is amazing. He speaks great English and was incredibly accommodating. We arrived very early and he was able to get our room ready as quickly as possible. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel is right in the centre and on the Camino trail. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Caldas de Reis. "

"El precio, no está mal para lo que ofrecen.., aunque me decepcionó bastante el servicio.. Reserve y pague por adelantado una habitación y al llegar allí no sabían nada de eso, a pesar de haberla cobrado y confirmado telefónicamente días antes. Finalmente llamé a Hoteles.com y solucionaron el asunto, porque ellos no ponían remedio... Por lo demás, la habitación correcta, aunque yo allí no vuelvo, ... creo que en el mes de agosto con todo saturado de gente, pretendían venderme otra...
