"The location of just outside Sant Joan offered a peaceful and convenient location to explore the island. The finca has a nice Master, a comfy living room, a nice kitchen with adequate equipment and a great covered outdoor patio. With a dining table and a comfy couch to stretch out on. "Beautiful villa with a really opulent feel.Best villa I have ever stayed in.Facilities were excellent as was the location,so peaceful and relaxing. Miguel the owner is lovely and we are very grateful to him for allowing us to stay in his magnificent home. Sineu is nice with an old world charm and the Wednesday market is very vibrant. I cannot rate this villa highly enough,it is virtually perfect."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Villa, and will 100% book again. The location, with a car, is utterly fantastic. The swimming pool was the perfect temperature. Our only small concerns, the kitchen appliances are a little dated in parts, no air-con, and fixtures are worn in places. But overall we loved it. A perfect getaway for us."

"We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in het appartement. Het was netjes, schoon en prima in orde. De omgeving was rustig en goed aan te lopen naar een strandje dichtbij. Het appartement was wel vrij gehorig, de mensen in het appartement onder ons konden ons blijkbaar horen lopen en praten. Omgekeerd hadden wij hier geen last van. Verder was alles prima in orde. "

"Jolie maison d'un village charmant ! Location centrale pour visiter l'ile , la plage d 'es trenc magnifique à 20 min. Le logement serait parfait si les chambres etaient climatisees. Nous avions des ventilateurs à disposition mais ce n'était pas suffisant avec les fortes chaleurs du mois de Juillet. Nous recommandons ce logement."

"The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at the Finca. It is in a peaceful and pretty area just outside the town of Arta. We found it to be even better than the description. The house is very nicely furnished and comfortable, with lots of thoughtful additions. We loved our relaxing stay and would love to return one day. Thank you!"

"Wir waren im April zu Gast. Wir haben uns im Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Den tollen Pool konnten wir leider aufgrund des Wetters nicht nutzen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral, nur 5 Minuten zur Promenade. Christin war sehr nett und konnte bei Bedarf telefonisch kontaktiert werden. Links und rechts neben dem Haus gibt es Mehrfamilienhäuser, die haben uns aber nicht gestört. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke :-)"

"Maison très fontnctionnelle. Nous étions 4 adultes et 2 enfants, chaque couple ainsi que les enfants avaient leur propre salle de bains. Clim dans toutes les pièces et piscine très agréable (nous avions pied partout). Le +, une crique paradisiaque 1 minute à pied, nous y allions direct en maillot (prévoir des chaussures de mer car presenece de rochers). Spot idéal pour le snorkeling, il y avait même des groupes de plongeurs. Un étendoir à linge serait par contre un + car manquant. En...

"Overall love this property. It is clean, it is in the town so you can walk to the nearby restaurants. The property itself is diverse and offers multiple pools along with other activities such as ping pong, etc. The one (and very large) downside is the parking situation which is why I could not give a 5 star rating. "Hotel in a good walking distance feom everything. 10 mins to beach, 2 mins to all restaurants. Rooms although dated are comfortable and offer everything you need. Pools indoor and outdoors good. Though outdoor pool not heated and quite cold. Area around pool very nice with movie screen and plenty of seating. No inflatables allowed in pool despite no sign advising. So we wasted 30 euros on kids toys and was told off by lifeguard. Apparently spanish law. Good services from front reception. Key is...
