"Excellent location next to one of the best beaches in Mallorca. The house is perfect for a small family and is very comfortable. The rooftop patio and lovely yard were very enjoyable. Melanie, the property manager, was very kind and responsive. Ingo, the owner, was also super responsive and great to deal with. The only thing we wish we knew in advance was that you cannot drink or cook with the tap water, but it wasn’t a huge issue to purchase water to use. Would definitely recommend and we hope...

Wenn man im Winter verreist, sollte man Feuer im Ofen machen können und muss man vermutlich auch, da es gerade nachts recht kühl wird.Mit dem Auto ist es sehr gut zu erreichen. "The villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. There was plenty of space for everyone and the bedrooms and bathrooms were enormous. Due to the amazing weather, we spent the whole time outside around the beautiful pool and eating outside in the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for socialising and celebrating. Paul was a great host and really help before and during our stay. We’ll definitely be back."
