"Quite difficult for taxi driver to find. As located between two streets. However the location is absolutely perfect. 10 min walk to old town. 5 mins from the beach. "Great food , staff and location. Will certainly consider returning when we next visit Benidorm. Only minor niggle during our weeks visit was the wait time at lifts as one of the three lifts were not operating all week and if you were staying in one of the higher floors you could wait for a long time. "All servigroup hotels are of a high service and work to a formular that works well, this hotel is no different but please be aware it is right opposite a bar called morgans which is one of the busiest along the famous benidorm strip ! So the noise at night is constant, people shouting and laughing as they come out up to 5am! If your light sleeper its definitely not for you!!! But if you want handy to all the bars and clubs its fabulous, thank you calypso im going home for a rest xx"

"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was impeccable, making for a very comfortable experience. The rooms were spacious, with cozy beds that ensured a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the food—absolutely excellent, with a variety of delicious options. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and well-organized. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel was very nice, we were room only so can't comment on the food. The pool and surrounding area looked clean but we didn't use it as the weather was a bit too chilly. . The room itself was very clean and the twin beds were comfortable. The bathroom had a large walk in shower and bidet.There was plenty of wardrobe and drawer space and a very handy free safe for valuables. Our room had a large balcony with table and chairs overlooking the pool, which is nice in warmer months to sit outside. Maid service was every day if required, make sure you leave the ticket on the door if you wish to lay in late. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again. Great location also as it's half way between the old and new town, both a 10 minute stroll."
