"I had to text and call owner's cell number (voicemail was full) for electronic entrance code because I did not receive any notice. With a tropical storm rain, it did not help with no outdoor lighting, a non working garage door (until the push button release on control box worked the following day) We have pictures of the dirty bathroom, slippery bathtub, moisture filled dryer and ants. We had a lack of decent towels, hand towels and wash clothes. When owner finally notified me to contact Don the property manager/handyman, responded by bringing us ant spray, decent towels, hand towels and wash cloths. He came back later with a bath tub mat. We had 5 adults staying which we were to have 4 separate bedrooms. A bedroom is defined as having a closet, window and bed. The downstairs room had no closet, upstairs had 2 berooms with a long adjointing closet with a broken door. I guess the living room with no closet was supposed to be a bedroom. This house was a mess and misrepresented and I should get at least a 50% refund. How do attach pictures? "
