"It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. "Stayed with my husband and two children (young adults) The apartment had no air conditioning, only two fans that barely worked during the hottest season of the year, never mentioned that it did not have a lift & was on third floor, with many steps. Also, our first night the heater in the shower wasn't working as they didn't turn it on before arrival, freezing cold water and didn't get a response on water situation till next day. "Such a perfect spot to land after our flight from the US to Milan. Miranda made us feel so welcome! Our son slept on the main floor, we slept upstairs. Perfect small european kitchen with everything we needed for home-cooked meals. Lovely restaurant cafe in this charming small town. We even came back for a few days' stay later during our trip, did our laundry, hung to dry on Miranda's clothesline. Really such perfect and unique spot!!"
