"I have stayed 7 nights and relied on public transports in order to visit Nice, Cannes and Monaco. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby. There were thunderstorms at some point and I had to stay indoors, and it was quiet and relaxing and I just watched Netflix. "We have stayed here many times with variable opinions each time. The location is fabulous but the place is beginning to look tired and in need of a good refurbishment, especially the bathrooms. It is a large property and the inflated price reflects the location not the property itself, considering you only get one set of towels per person, have to strip beds and clean at the end of the stay otherwise you are charged. "Terrible overall, we did not stay. Left upon checking in. The front desk was helpful Very hard to find the reception upon arrival. Is a huge complex, shared with other hosts. It is more like residential buildings, looked very creepy and unsafe. Very outdated, old…. bad crowd everywhere, like street trash….the room was with no double queen or king beds…. old apartments We left right away"

"Old facilities and fittings. Everything worked but it is all a bit tired. The mattress is surprisingly unsupportive but the water is hot and the bath is bigger than in most hotels. Perfectly situated if you have to go to court or if you want to take the train to Cannes "

"We had a great stay at this property. Location is very central and close to restaurants, shops & the beachclubs. Good amount of space, 2 beds, 2 bath, clean, modern, very comfortable. AC worked very well and had separate meters for the common area and the two bedrooms which was a great plus. "

"Didnt like anything in this property! be aware this is a small studio apartment that been divided to create a closet size "1 bedroom". while the view is ocean view no one shows the pictures of the "complex" and the corridors. As this is not a hotel you will get someone calling you via WhatsApp and informing you that for towels and bedsheets, they charge extra. there is no assigned parking and due to the fact this is a mega residential block, accessing the unit is not that straightforward. "Nice swimming pool and big clean room with big bathroom (we had a family studio). Staff very friendly and big underground car park available on site. The only thing is that given the location you need the car to go out for dining, shopping and to the beach, but this goes without saying if you look at where the hotel is located on the map."

"Lovely property in a great location, the rooms are well equipped, clean, with a good housekeeping team. All the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was lovely, Agnus, Karin & the team always on hand to offer good suggestions for the days activities. lovely to be able to walk on the sea front after breakfast to gauge the days weather. Cannes is lovely, worth exploring. The train station is a ten minute walk away and the train service is very good both to the airport, Monaco, Nice etc. We will definitely be going back. "

"If you are in the area you have to stay here. I have stayed at a lot of 5 star properties around the world and I was so impressed by this facility. The service was impeccable, the rooms were exceptional, the property was phenomenal and the spa was one of the best spas I have ever visited. This hotel deserves more notoriety and I’m sure they will receive it! "

"I was amazed by the incredible quality and great taste all around the property. Even the gym was quite good for a hotel. Outstanding location as well. The staff was good but a little too snob at times for my taste but overall incredible experience"
