"The property was a great size and perfect for a spacious apartment for 2 adults (& two small terriers) We all loved and enjoyed the long terrace and felt that and the size helped alot to give it a good rating. The swimming pool was a great advantage and so large that you had plenty of space to relax undisturbed. A few mins walk to the supermarket with great choice of fresh seafood & great boulangerie outside which we used on previous holidays there.

"We went to visit Cannes during an event for a week. We stayed in the room with my wife and daughter. Superb location because it is in between the Rue D Antibes street and the Criosette. The welcoming lady was supportive in the process and available at any time. The host called to welcome us. The sleeping room is a box and the bed is literally squared into the walls. Rest is spacious and nice place for a normal house in France. "

"Good apartment in a good location. However, very bad on the cleanliness. Stain (appeared to be urin) over the toilet. Someone’s clothes were left in the washer and closet, the only towel provided was the one meant for the floor (it was a white towel that looked brown). I asked the owner about clothes in laundry and he only wanted to know if I needed to use the washer. I asked if there were towels and he said he would provide for 30€. "Elina and Jean-Paul were very pleasant hosts and the sun terrace and the large pool are what make this property what it is. To have such a large pool is very rare in this area. The apartment is a bit dated and could do with an update especially in the kitchen but overall we had a very nice stay"

"The unit is in a beautifully landscaped gated community set on a steep hill. The result is that you take an elevator down from street level to a ground level unit with a large private backyard overlooking the blue waters of the Mediterranean. The view is stunning. The apartment was very clean, very spacious with large luxurious bathrooms. Lastly it had fun coastal decoration that made the place homey and comfortable."

"The apartment has been renovated recently to a very high standard. Whilst it is quite small it is perfect for a couple. The balcony is brilliant with a fantastic view over the sea - the sandy public beach (for swimming) is immediately opposite. For location, the apartment is below Le Suquet, a much quieter area than La Croisette beyond the marina. We can thoroughly recommend this apartment. "
