"The Checkin process was long perhaps because it was made with Expedia 20 mins prior to arrival but they could not find my reservation. The room was big but had paint peeling paint. The pool and sauna were nice but the wooden floors of the pool area was shading / peeling off. The staff was pleasant"

"The place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great setup. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. The only area that needs improvement is the pool— the water wasn't very clean. Other than that, the reception staff was young but very helpful. They took the time to assist with my luggage when there were no other customers waiting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. It's a wonderful neighborhood, and I had a great experience overall. Thank you"

Nas últimas vezes que fomos, ele não era cobrado a parte e a qualidade era infinitamente superior… além de não nos terem informado no ato da reserva que tinha uma cobrança a parte, o fato de estar pior nos deixou bastante insatisfeitos (exemplo: desta vez tinha apenas 1 queijo….
