This hotel had all terme pools and spa services closed which was the only reason why we booked. This hotel may have been great 40 years ago but unfortunately it's one of Italy's struggling spa resorts. Hotel management agreed to refund the rest of our stay and after we left refused. We communicated with translator app and a manger that seemed to understand that we came for services that were not available speaking english well. "
