"Hotel is feeling a bit aged, however, great stopover on the way to Calabria. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast needs some more fresh fruit & cold cuts (ie. Salami), however, still a very good hotel & I would definitely stay there again. Thank you guys!"

"VERY DISAPPOINTING. I would not stay here again. DO NOT trust what it shows in the website.The hotel is very old, poorly maintained, empty, has very weird art and is extremely understaffed. This hotel had all terme pools and spa services closed which was the only reason why we booked. This hotel may have been great 40 years ago but unfortunately it's one of Italy's struggling spa resorts. Hotel management agreed to refund the rest of our stay and after we left refused. We communicated with translator app and a manger that seemed to understand that we came for services that were not available speaking english well. "

"If you travel from US under any circumstance do not accept room 108!!! Nothing was working in that room : fridge, AC, TV, shower was leaking water outside of the shower and the drain was really slow. After numerous complaints our room was changed after 24 hours of suffering (96 degrees F). Immediately after we moved, the room was assigned to a different guest from the US. The only positive: housekeeping is great and location. The breakfast is mediocre. The palace is about 30 min walking distance, and grocery store 2 min walk. The electricity works only if you have a special key plugged in, so when you leave the room everything is shut down including the fridge (if you’re lucky to get a working one). Will never return!!! "
