Welcome to Panorama Verde Pool House!

Nestled on the edge of the Gandoca - Manzanillo National Wildlife Refuge near Costa Rica's Caribbean Coast in Punta Uva, our luxury vacation home offers a perfect blend of comfort and nature. Perched atop a hill, you'll enjoy glimpses of the sea and the tranquility of the surrounding jungle. During the day, cool breezes from the ocean refresh the air, while mountain winds bring relief at night.

Designed for family and friends, our villa comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Each of the three bedrooms now features air conditioning for a comfortable night's sleep, along with curtains on the windows for added privacy.

The master bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, its own bathroom, and a terrace overlooking the garden and pool. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and a convenient half bathroom, while the third bedroom features three sets of bunk beds and its own terrace with pool views.

Our spacious kitchen is fully equipped for cooking meals, with a large island for gathering and chatting. The living area is cozy, complete with a television for indoor entertainment. High-speed internet keeps you connected throughout your stay.

Outside, enjoy the refreshing infinity pool or soak up the sun on the deck. Host a barbecue in the outdoor dining area beside the pool for a delightful evening with loved ones.

Don't forget to explore the jungle trails surrounding the property, perfect for birdwatching and insect spotting. Our friendly staff, including onsite administrator Gina and our dedicated gardeners, are here to ensure your stay is enjoyable and hassle-free. Incredible perfect house!
I rented this place for a family vacation and everyone loved it! House is amazing with a large pool to relax after beach days, bedrooms and decoration are great and comfortable. Casas del caribe service was top notch, always there to solve whatever I needed, very professional and reliable.

Beautiful Caribbean Paradise
The house and pool were absolutely amazing—everything we were hoping for and more! The hosts were so responsive and had incredible customer service. They went above and beyond helping us with every detail and every random question we had. The location was great and so close to some amazing beaches. We would highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Great Accommodations for Two Families
The space was clean and kitchen had all the things we needed to cook meals. Lots of towels provided and pool was kept clean. Screens on windows and beautiful landscape. Nice private space filled with sounds of local animals. We saw green macaws, howler monkeys, dart frogs, lizards and lots of different types of bugs. Good communication with property managers. Maybe add shades in the bedroom and provide real glass cups in lieu of all plastic.

La casa es excelente. Muy buena ubicación con playa punta uva a solo 4 minutos. La casa es grande, está bien equipada, buen espacio de parqueo y una piscina grande. Hay aire acondicionado en todos los cuartos. El único aspecto a mejorar sería poner aire acondicionado en la sala ya que los abanicos que están no son suficientes y si se puede poner caliente

Excelente para familias grandes
Me encanto la casa! Esta preciosa, y familias de 12 personas se logran acomodar super bien. La locacion es poquito complicada, mas cuando llueve, pero nada que no se pueda resolver, y la cantidad de animalitos que se ven es divina. Tal vez como feedback, que no creo igual se pueda corregir, es que las habitaciones son super calientes, y AC seria bueno revaluar si se puede tener. Tambien como consejo la pisicina es honda para niños menores de 9 años, entonces seria bueno indicar que ojala los niños sepan nadar y siempre supervisados por sus encargados

Maravillosa Casa de Descanso
La casa es maravillosa, está distribuida de forma tal, que mi familia y yo nos sentimos como en casa. Hay todo lo que se pueda necesitar para unas vacaciones placenteras o teletrabajo y clases virtuales. Lo que más nos gustó es que es una zona muy privada y segura, la casa se encuentra rodeada de mucho verde, la piscina es sumamente refrescante y relajante...en la noche es de ensueño. La casa está ubicada muy cerca de todas las playas hermosas de la zona, supermercados y restaurantes. El servicio al cliente de Doña Gina, su hijo y los demás colaboradores fue excelente, en todo momento estuvieron disponibles para lo que necesitaramos. Cabe destacar que cuentan con planta de energía, la cual fue muy útil ya que se fue la luz por que el ICE estaba cortando árboles y nosotros pudimos continuar con teletrabajo y clases virtuales, gracias a que Doña Gina le daba la indicación a los chicos de mantenimiento que pusieran a funcionar la planta de energía. La cocina cuenta con todo lo que se pueda necesitar para preparar alimentos. Hay lavadora y secadora, lo que para mi fue un éxito Es un lugar al que definitivamente voy a volver. Gracias!!!! Sería de gran ayuda para la próxima visita, contar con algunos tupper extras para guardar los alimentos que se preparan, un rallador y un pelador. Gracias !

Un paseo de Familia Extraordinario en una propiedad Extraordinaria
Me gustó mucho que tuviese olla arrocera grande, que la casa esté en media montaña, dormir con todos los sonidos de la selva, el sendero para visitar el resto de la propiedad, y el hecho de que la casa permite que los niños jueguen en la piscina y alrededores, mientras los adultos descansan cerca, atentos, pero no encima de los niños. Sería mejor que los cuartos tuviese aire acondicionado. Yo comprendo que no tengan, pero le hace falta. Se podría ganar mucho también con tener un poquito más marcado el sendero, incluso nomenclatura de árboles y sitios de alimento de animales, para poder verlos a pasar por el sendero. La propiedad es grande y tiene esa quebrada así que hay muchísima vida animal que vale la pena acercar para disfrutarla. se podría habilitar un gallinero para Gina y su familia y que los niños vayan a recoger los huevos en la mañana (y se compran pero que los niños vivan la experiencia)

Excelente propiedad.
Una propiedad muy linda, cómoda y espaciosa, realmente cumplió con nuestras expectativas. La atención por parte de la anfitriona Gina fue excelente, muy atenta y siempre dispuesta a cumplir con nuestras peticiones, nos decoró la casa por motivo de un cumpleaños que celebrábamos lo cuál le dio un gran valor agregado a su servicio. Le agregaría un poco más de utensilios de cocina y quizás un hornito o un tostador de pan, además le pondría cortinas o persianas a los cuartos.
