Carleton is a couple of miles from the bridge to the mainland, so a convenient place to overnight prior to heading home. Not may restaurants close by, tho a breakfast cafe at the hotel for the morning. good acomodation for our purposes. "

"We forgot my aunts cat carrier and they notified us, also they gave us a larger cabin because we have a toddler at no extra cost. Summer, autumn, winter this is the only place to stay. We had to stay a half hour longer than expected and there was no issue. My husband loved the porch and the calmness of the location. There’s even a fire pit! A true hidden gem on PEI. "

"It is 2 minutes from the beach. There is a nice sandy beach about 5 minutes walk away. The beach is private but with access. Lots of restaurants within 15 minutes drive. The only view of the ocean is from upstairs between the houses, but it is visible from there at least. The communication from Michelle was excellent!
