" Nice house, with an amazing backyard with a view of the ocean. 3-5 minutes walk from the beach an many restaurants. "

"The house was in a great location , near a beach & only a stones throw from Santa Cruz if you wanted more bars , restaurants etc Despite the fact it is on one level above the owners parents it was completely private and you never felt over looked and had sole access to the pool etc Facilities good and property met expectation and would definitely revisit ."

There was a technical issue outside of the house that was beyond her immediate control but she did everything possible to resolve the problem to our satisfaction. "Great communication from booking the property until our day of arrival - and a welcome pack of many essentials is a lovely touch. Plenty of space in the town house and nice outdoor areas to sit and have breakfast and lunch. Fantastic location for the pools and golf driving range/practice area. The golf clubhouse is a short walk too if you don't want to get the car for food and drink."

"Accommodation was very tired, cracked bathroom surfaces, rusty radiators, broken kitchen cupboard and bin, lack of glasses and cutlery. Staff at the clubhouse restaurant were unfriendly and we felt like we were too much trouble for them. "
