Luxury 4-bedroom villa located within the exclusive Hacienda Beach Club overlooking Médano Beach and offering fantastic views of Land’s End. This villa is the perfect luxury accommodation for both families and groups.

This 4-bedroom, 4.5 bathroom luxury villa provides up to 10 guests with private access to Médano Beach and is just a short walk away from the huge array of dining and nightlife opportunities in Cabo. The villa is situated within the gated Hacienda Beach Club, and guests can enjoy all the benefits the club has to offer including a full gym, exercise classes, miniature golf, several pools, daycare and restaurants.

Villa #1 at Hacienda beach club is the closest villa to access all the beach restaurants
and bars and is the only villa with its own private access to Medano Beach. It was recently renovated in late 2020 and beautifully decorated in a contemporary Californian style. All four suites provide beautiful views, with the generous master suite’s private balcony offering the best view of them all.

Hands down, the most beautiful house, in the most amazing setting, with the greatest hosts - our stay in Villa One was perfect from start to finish!! This was our 2nd time staying at this villa! It is a beautiful property.The staff is wonderful and friendly. We enjoyed the spa, restaurant, gym and pickleball courts. Love that the marina is so close and walkable, providing a lot of activities, restaurants and fun bars to stop in for a margarita and chips and guacamole.

Amazing stay at wonderful Medano Beach Villa
We've stayed at these villas before and love them. This one is on the end which has its perks (you're near everything) and disadvantages (sound at night- which typically ends around 10pm). Ultimately though this house and the amenities were awesome. It's nicer and more modern kept than the others. Everything works. The golf cart provided is 6 man and a game changer for a larger family (others only have 2 or 4 or none). New Year's Eve we had the absolute best possible view for fireworks (literally just down in front of our villa). Communication with the owner was speedy and helpful.

Beautiful Villa on the Beach
We loved this villa! The location is great with a short walk to the Marina and good restaurants. The Hacienda Residences and Beach Resort is fabulous with great food and service. We were able to pre-order groceries that were delivered prior to our arrival. There were 7 of us staying at the villa with lots of room. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable beds.

From the moment I booked Villa one. First last year and then again this year, The communication with the host, Vanessa and the entire team at the Hacienda Beach club residences staff, Was top notch. We had a VIP experience. This Villa is beautiful and very well maintained. Great views and wonderful location. It is noisy with the bars located so close, but we expected that. Villa Vanessa is absolutely amazing! As you walk in, you will be awe struck by the gorgeous view. Our group of 8 were there for 4 nights to celebrate my 60th birthday and everyone loved it! The villa has everything you need, including an awesome sound system. We loved having our own access to the beach and also having the golf cart. The staff at the Hacienda are wonderful! They also have an amazing gym. I would definitely stay here again!

Spent three nights in this beautiful villa with three other couples celebrating my husbands 50th birthday. The villa was beautifully decorated with all of the comforts of home. The property is very well located close to all the action on the beach. We enjoyed having the option to stay by the pool at the villa with just our group or venture over to the Hacienda beach club to utilize the broader amenities. The spa and the gym at Hacienda were amazing! We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely be back.
