"Check-in was super simple, we got the codes before we arrived. Rooms were clean and the pool and Spa were terrific. It had everything you needed. Super safe and secure with 24-hour security."

"Very responsive and friendly host. House is large and clean with plenty of kitchen counter space, comfortable beds and living room furniture, good TV and WiFi. Nice fire pit outside. Some tasty restaurants and a pharmacy within walking distance."

"Loud noise around lots of dogs barking and rusters the shower 🚿 upstairs didn’t have hot water 💧 the bedroom upstairs to warm the traffic was bad all night .homeless walking around very scary 😨 we feel very unsafe.we left early this morning we didn’t want to stay there anymore the people behind us were loud!"

"Don’t expect a bougie, star rated, hotel experience. Very home like. Clean enough to be healthy and comfortable. Very local area not a tourist spot. The neighborhood is full of normal Ensenada life and culture, shops and food places. The owners share the kitchen with guests but we never crossed paths except on arrival and departure. Hubby speaks English, wife understands if you speak slowly. Both very nice. Not far from most attractions. Would stay there again. "

"Mr. Gerry has excellent communication. He is very quick to respond and to offer help. Our daughter became ill during our trip and we asked him to give us a recommendation for a dr. and he went above and beyond to set us up with a dr.'s appointment within an hour of talking to him. The outdoor patio was very chill and has a pretty view. We BBQ'd on one evening and the kids enjoyed the jacuzzi that evening. The BBQ grill is pretty old and probably needs to be replaced. The downside of this house...

"Jorge was a great host and super communicative. We had a couple of challenges with the property and he was super responsive in trying to get them fixed. One thing I don't think the pictures do it justice for, is there there are actually two living rooms! One in the main space with the kitchen/dining, and another separate room right off the entry with a couch and a large TV, plus the outdoor space. Definitely makes for enough space for a group of 6 to stay without feeling like they are on top...

"A lovely and very comfortable property. The hosts are quite gracious and accomodating. Just be aware that the property is actually three seperate bedroom/bathroom suites and the common areas (Kitchen / Dining / Living Room are all out of doors seperate from the three suites.Also be aware that Ensenada infrastructure and zoning practices in general are not well developed and managed."
