"It was a beautiful property! Like a treehouse tucked away in the jungle, but right on the main strip 5 mins across the street from playa Carmen. Close to great cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores. Our check in process went smoothly and the private family room was perfect, except that we noticed quite quickly the AC wasn’t working on the 2nd level in the bedrooms. "Helt ok. Fint design, men ikke særlig praktisk. Utrolig lytt på alle rom. Det er en stor åpning inn til badet på privatrom, som gjør at mange insekter og dyr kommer inn på rommet. Dorm har ikke aircondition, kun vifte. Frokost er helt ok, lite utvalg. Fin beliggenhet til playa hermosa, men veldig langt unna alt annet. "This property is very beautiful, the pool is really nice and the villas are excellent and the view will take your breath away. The walk to town is 25 minutes and the hill is tough to walk if you are not in good shape. The owner lives on site, he is a friendly man but there is no reception and check in information was sent to me the day I arrived and had no internet connection. "We stayed at the hotel for five nights and had a fantastic experience. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive, and the hotel was beautiful and very clean. It’s clear that every detail was thoughtfully considered. The rooms were cleaned more than once a day, and the breakfast was tasty and varied. The location is great and close to everything. We’re definitely looking forward to coming back next time!"
