"Staff were pleasant, and allowed me to check in early because they had the room available, which meant a lot to me coming in from a 2 hour ATV ride in -3 degree weather. The room was comfortable and mostly clean minus a few areas that could use some dusting. We ended up visiting on the weekend of a sporting tournament, so I expected it to be loud. Fortunately, when I got back to the hotel at midnight, people were still moving, but I couldn't hear them in the room and slept well. We will be back!"

"Came for a business meeting and needed no frills, so picked the cheapest place I could find. When they handed me a brass key and not a magnetic card, I was a bit worried. Don't let the older style of this building fool you. This had the feel of a 1970s motel but was really clean and comfortable. The room had the 'Northern Woods' decor seen in a lot of places in Hayward, so it was cozy and woodsy. Pretty view of the river and super close to everything. Pleasantly surprised."
