"Great facility with lots to offer. Really super clean rooms comfortable beds. Breakfast was the best hotel breakfast I have ever had. The lady at the front desk Gwen, was fantastic she upgraded our room with a lake view. We appreciated all the information that she gave regarding where to eat since this was our first time in Hayward. The only thing about the service was we requested some fresh towels and never got them. But really a well appointed room nicely done only one problem was the bathroom you feel like your in a closet and there's no room kind of a weird set up. But everything was to date and clean! Appreciated the hot tub and the sauna and the pool was huge for a hotel. Highly recommend this hotel. I would give it 6 stars!"

"We had a great time with a group of 4 couples! The kitchen and family room were spacious and accommodating for a large group. Also a great location, close to Hayward and Cable, with privacy being located on a private lake. Great for larger groups!"
