"Really loved the garden - pool was a real plus for our teenagers. Inflatables were a nice surprise. House was clean well equipped and comfortable. Recommend local restaurant Chez Louis To access Bordeaux park up at Bouliac by church and get 25 bus nr new Artisan Boulangerie which is amazing. We enjoyed our trips to Bordeaux both daytime and evening- get the TBM app for transport. House is beautiful and well kept. "Large house very well set up for comfortable enjoyment, especially the kitchen was well suited for people who like to cook. It was exciting to be surrounded by vineyards while harvest was in process. Imagine sitting by your pool while a grape picking truck up the hill moves about the vineyard picking the grapes - fabulous! Maureen was very helpful with any questions. Loved being out in the countryside rather than in a city. Close to markets each day & an hour+ from Bordeaux & St Emilion....

We only saw her once outside of check in and check out and that was to bring some new umbrellas, but she was eager to help and provide us with information of the surrpunding areas. "This property has lots of character. The views are glorious especially the afternoon sunsets. The property was well catered for. We prefered this proximaty to St Emillion, in a quiter rural village. However it is just a quick drive and you are able to enjoy all the wonderful restaurants and wine estate for which St Emillion is famous for. Perfect for a family or family & friends for a relaxed holiday."
