Our room faced the fromt but we heard nothing from the trams or nearby bars. The kitchenettes on each floor are a great idea and very handy and useful. The only issue we had on two mornings was the lack of staff in cleaning tables, hot drinks and replenishing items. Poor lady was rushed off her fault doing everything. "
