"No power point in kitchen. Door at balcony not able to be locked. No serving dishes or salad bowls but a drawer full of salad servers. No cross ventilation. Depressing concrete enclosure on patio. Back laneway becomes a noisy drunken party area after dark with foul language. "

"It was very clean and quiet. The resort was beautiful. My checkin was after 3pm on a Saturday and I did not know that the office would be closed. Thankfully a man came out and showed me what to do. Also I am 55 year old woman - I was on my own and on the top floor. From the car park I had to climb 8 flights of steps with a heavy suitcase and NO ONE to help. I was in tears but made it. "

"A modern, clean and comfortable apartment with beautiful views of the coastline and hinterland. The kitchen is well equipped, and the layout of the apartment would suit two couples, friends or a family with older children. The building is located at the quiet end of Burleigh, but Coles and fantastic dining options are still walkable, as is North Burleigh patrolled beach. "You need to pick up keys from Burleigh Letting Co - so if coming from airport it’s an additional 30 min round trip to get back to the property. We arrived late from flight and just wanted to have a shower and go to bed. When we finally got back after collecting keys we found there was NO sheets or pillow cases on the bed. Also realised there was no towels, soap, no toilet paper. We couldn’t shower without towels and had to sleep on a scratchy mattress protector and bare pillows. After...
