We got there to collect our keys at 11pm and the code given to collect keys wasn’t working. We struggled to get an answer or a solution and had to book elsewhere for the night. "

"A great location and a very nice apartment layout and there were prompt text notifications. However the room itself had one toilet not working which there was no communication or note about and the dishwasher had not been maintained (cleaned and rinsed the actual heads and catcher basket) so it did not clean and there was no dishwashing liquid as an alternative. Moving about the resort was easy and the room and beds very clean and comfortable. "

"The resort is lovely with a number of places to eat nearby. The apartment is best suited for families with teenagers not young children as the rooms are not adjoining. They have separate access. The apartment is part of the resort but privately owned so reception will not attend to any queries. One of the access cards wouldn’t enable access to pools.
