"We had a great room and the staff were wonderfully informative! The areas around the property were a little beaten down, but I wasn’t there for the surrounding grounds. I got what I needed from the facility itself. Keep up the great work!"

"I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting Graceland, it definitely adds to the experience. The hotel accommodations are absolutely beautiful and the little extras like the movie theater and the nightly PB&J was nice. The lounge area and outside area are very comfortable and inviting. I found a few staff members to be a little stand offish but most were very friendly and polite. I was disappointed that there wasn’t a jacuzzi. Overall it was a very nice experience. "

"My stay here was wonderful staff is wonderful facility is clean I didn't like the fact of staff being low on sheets rows and etc due to truck hasn't came in but this is a very good hotel but I believe the breakfast could be better than the cereal and waffles only at least have a meat and eggs or some other stuff but I would definitely recommend this hotel "

"I was skeptical based on reviews. Luckily, I had an amazing experience! Staff was always readily available and on site. Each time I walked in, I was greeted and when I needed extra linens for the sofa bed, we got them without any problems! The room was clean and comfortable. No issues with AC; breakfast was always plentiful and fresh. The pool was down for maintenance at one point, but they made up for that by leaving it open past normal hours that day. Parking was plentiful and security was always outside. Great value and great locality! "

"I really enjoyed my stay and it was so quiet. The only thing i hate is i left my brand new umbrella and never received a call about leaving it in the room. Which means whomever clean the room should have turned it in so they could reach me but hey i just got to buy a new umbrella i see..."

"The staff was very helpful and polite. There were a couple of small things, like the toiled handle was broken but, we didn't even bother to complain about that. As someone who worked for a couple of big chain hotels, I know all hotels have something wrong, and this was nothing major, we could still flush it. It was only one night but the hotel and staff were so accommodating and nice, it made me want to extend our stay. indoor pool, bar, patio area and more. We will be staying here again... Thanks "
