"Everything was perfect, from receiving the confirmation, password to access the place. There was a Christmas tree waiting for us, it was magical and wonderful. I recommend!!!!"

"The condo inside was comfortable and had almost everything that we needed. Our host always answered any question that we had. The bed was soft and felt amazing. We were able to stream on both TVs, which was nice to was a movie before bed. The hot water lasted forever which was nice after a long day outside to come back and take a long refreshing shower. "It was a real nice place in tbe Mountains. Wonderful views! Map of the area would have helped and how curvy the hills were. Glad we didn’t arrive when dark. Some suggestions of good local places to eat, grocery shop, and attractions would have been nice. Instructions for what to do with linen and trash. Thank you for the hospitality."

"A good little place, nice & peaceful with great views off the balcony. About 40 mins from Gatlinburg / PF. The downside was that the neighbor was loud and kept playing TV at a loud sound even at 2 AM."

"Gps liked to have never found the place. All my info was a bears lodge. Didn’t see anything that said that. Wasn’t even sure we was at the right place until we just used the gate code and got in No internet at all tried calling no answer. They sent text but nothing helpful so we had no tv in bedroom because couldn’t get internet to work no phone service way out there. A piece of the Towel holder over toilet was gone. "Very clean, quite, fantastic views from the balcony. Great place to stay. Not that far from stuff to do. The road going up to the condo is very steep and curvy."

"Beautiful surroundings and cute little studio apartment, but everything felt damp and very humid in room. There was clothes under the bed that did not belong to us and was covered in dust so had been there awhile."

"The main points… The condo was not listed accurately. The refrigerator did not work. There is no cell service. Nothing is clearly marked, or lit. We were not able to stay in this rental based on our needs, and have not received a refund or any resolve. Disappointed, unimpressed, infuriated, and will never recommend a rental again due to this disaster."
