"The property is a little difficult to get to in the winter on snowy/icy hilly roads. The entry to the house had a large amount of ice on the concrete by the door and just about all members of my family almost fell. It was SLICK! Luckily as our weekend went on and the temp warmed up we were able to shovel the majority away from the door to help prevent anymore possible spills. Having ice melt nearby would have been nice.
