"AVOID! First, communication is complicated - there is no one to speak to at the property. Only Whatsapp. And the English counterpart is not that responsive. Second, the curtains are see-through. I had all the street lights inside and couldn't close an eye. I asked to change rooms or buildings but was told all curtains are the same. Then, I found a dirty underwear in the bedsheets. "The building is nice. Nice gym, pool, security, free parking, all good. The apartment is very small for 4 people. I would say 3 is max. The location is very convenient but has nothing in blocks around. Must have a car or Uber to go places. "

"I had to wait at the security gate for over 1.5hrs because they never sent me the clearance form to fill out. Then when they finally sent me them and I get to my room there’s a cleaner still inside cleaning, so I had to wait another 30mins for the room and they had to come back later with towels and bedding. Room and property is nice but the company that runs the rental is very disorganized. When booking make sure you get the security forms to fill out before check in and you should be ok"

"O prédio é novo e moderno, mas a limpeza deixou muito a desejar. A administração à distância, por aplicativo e WhatsApp é econômica, mas tem que haver controle, gerência, verificação...isto me parece que falta à corporação que administra quartos para hospedagem em um prédio de múltiplo uso."

"We had a terrible experience since they did not recognize our reservation late at night. Fortunately we were not left on the street without place a stay. And due to my friend we managed to get a substitute hotel. We had to pay another 440.00 to stay at an alternate place. We are now out 528.00 we paid and need a refund. We left abandoned in a strange country with people that had all the lights off the front and our taxi driver came to the rescue. The innkeeper had no sympathy for our desperate...

"Overall it seems like the minimum amount of effort goes into operating this apartment. Even though check in is supposed be 3pm, I arrived after 5pm and had to wait 30 minutes for the cleaning to be finished. I agree with the past comment about dirty grout in the shower. Also, the dish sponge was dirty and even though there was a coffee machine, there were no coffee pods. The 24 hour automated mart was really convenient for snack/drink purchases."

"Location was amazing near paulista avenue. Property itself has been updated and while the room and bathroom are cosy they serve well the purpose of a 3/4 day stay in Sao Paulo . Breakfast is ok , rather repetitive but a fresh egg station is a bonus. This is a value for money property and I would recomend staying here . Language can be an issue but if you are a google translate expert it works well .. and is applicable to Brazil in general. Staff do their job but I would not say they go above and beyond. "

Great location!!

"The hotel is very well located, close to Rua Augusta and Avenida Paulista. There’s an infinity of restaurants, bars, clubs, grocery stores and shopping within walking distance. The room is small but cozy and my room had a full bed and a twin bunk. The AC works well, the water is hot and the toilet is enclosed with its own door to allow for privacy. We parked at the hotel and it was pretty reasonable and very convenient. The hotel is very clean overall. I’ll be coming back for sure. "
