"Came all the way from the United States to Milan, and had this stay confirmed by VRBO. I arrive at the property, only to have a mean security guard yell at me and telling me "that my stay was not valid." I then called the host, only have her say that "this stay is no longer available." I was then stuck in Milan without a place to stay. What a nightmare! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!"

"It was too far from everything. Yes, close to the underground, but not a neighborhood that i felt comfortable after dark, and a 20 min subwsy ride just to get to central.Disappointing that a dryer was in the listing, but there wasn't one. Beds not comfortable both were pullout. "

"Absolutely fantastic apartment with amazing artwork throughout. Hosts are fantastic people, we felt like we were family visiting them! Has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Quiet and lots of room. Great restaurant across the street and others within easy walking distance. MiCo is an easy walk. Hosts were responsive, very patient with us as we kept getting delayed while trying to get there, but they took all the stress away! Arranged a driver for us back to airport which helped alot....

Then, when we came back at 3:00, the host did not provide a code to open the door. We tried to communicaye with her, and we tried to call you. No success. "Lovely and clean property! Good bedroom and bathroom facilities with a nice view from the bedroom balcony. Only a 28 minute walk from the centre or 5 minutes on the metro. Some nice bars and restaurants around the apartment. Only negative is that it is not made clear that you will be sharing the house with the owner and their dog. However this did not affect us and was not disruptive in any way the dog is very cute :) "
