Set on 2.5 glorious acres in Injidup surrounded by native bush, Inji Dreaming is beautiful, private and luxurious, the perfect holiday retreat for friends and family.

Architecturally designed (Dane Richardson) and built by the award winning Todd Huxley, this home is minimalist with clean asymmetrical lines and a real Australiana theme. The home is tastefully finished, imparting a luxurious feel throughout the abode.

The home itself is well appointed and has three bedrooms and three bathrooms (2 ensuites). A designer kitchen makes it perfect for entertaining; opening through to the bright and comfortable living/dining area with smart TV. The large sliding door opens up to the main living/dining area and is perfect for indoor / outdoor entertaining. There is a large, separate rumpus room with a flat screen TV and DVD, great for private viewing or leaving the kids for some down time.

The master bedroom is comfortable and spacious and is finished with a beautiful ensuite. All the bedrooms are designed to make it easy to unwind and replenish those batteries after exciting days exploring the region. The home is a passively heated and cooled, but also has the modern convenience of ducted air conditioning in the main living and ceiling fans for the bedroom's. The ambience of a wood heater is available for the cooler periods.

The house is truly a perfect mix of bush and beach right in the middle of the Southwest wine region. The alfresco area over looks to a vista of native trees, plus there is a open fire pit for the winter months.

The home is child friendly being one level and no road in sight! It is just 2 minute drive to famous local beaches, several top wineries, restaurants and galleries. Be sure to ask Exclusive Escapes for some local tips.

This property is self-catering, however a starter pack of toilet paper, hand soaps, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, sponge & bin bags is provided.

School Leavers: We do not accept any school leavers bookings at any time of the year.

Exclusive Escapes wishes you an enjoyable vacation but we also ask for you to show consideration to the neighbours with respect to noise, especially after the hours of 10pm.

Council regulations allow holiday homes to be rented for accommodation purposes only and not as a function venue e.g. for a party or wedding. Functions and gatherings are not permitted and, if evidenced will be closed down immediately.
Please be aware that noise complaints are a breach of our terms and conditions and may result in forfeit of your bond and / or possible immediate eviction from the property.
