Dunsborough - "Peppermints" 181 Naturaliste Terrace

'Peppermints' is a short 4 minute walk from town down Naturaliste Tce. It is a relaxing family holiday home and is only a short 5 minute walk away from the pristine white sands of beautiful Geographe Bay beach. There is a playground close by and the water is nice and shallow - very safe and protected swimming, especially for young children.

Use the " Peppermints" as your base to start exploring the magnificent Margaret River Wine Region, catch a few waves, or simply tune out and relax on the beautiful beaches.

Three bedrooms and 1 bathroom with a separate toilet and an outdoor hot water shower to wash the sand off.

Fantastic and affordable property in great location very close to town centre, and just 10 mins drive to surfing at Yallingup/Smiths Beach. Well equipped and comfortable, and we will be back!

Lovely Getaway
The house is very close to town and great for a dog with gated areas front and back. The wood burning stove was lovely. Kitchen was well equipped. Only suggestion would be ceiling fans or better floor fans as the layout of the house and window positions don’t readily catch breezes. Good holiday option.

SO SO GOOD!
Has everything that you need. Kitchen utensil range is amazing, dish washer excellent, great and secure outdoor area for dogs. A GREAT PLACE TO CHILL. Everything adequately cleaned - just a couple of spots that would be covered in a "spring clean", but nothing that makes you go "URGH" or could ever be classified as a deterrence. Bed, lounge, dining area - all very comfortable & in excellent condition. The home screams "Welcome" on your arrival. Light and airy - AND NO PET SMELL INSIDE - hard to come by in a pet-friendly rental. No pet fur in any corners or on furniture. Perfect location for a wander down into Dunsborough town. We will be back! Thank you Suzanne.

Great 5 night family get away
Peppermints is conveniently located (walking distance to the beach and stores) is lovely, well equipped, clean holiday home and suited our family's need to get R & R perfectly (even convinced the teen to play classic monopoly board game).It was an easy walk to the beach (which we did twice a day) to enjoy the beautiful low tide with our kids and doggo.

We love staying here! Spacious house in a great location. We loved the short walks into town and to the dog beach. Great backyard for the dogs and plenty of space for adults & kids. Can’t wait to come back.
