"The hotel was great. We’ve stayed in one in Sweden and loved the idea so we booked another with the same company. However, the room didn’t have an oven but did have a stove. There was no oil or anything to cook with so that was one of the first things we had to buy. Everything else was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay! "

"A great, simple little apartment, 10 minute walk to the central train station. We had no car, and this location was well suited for walking & public transportation. Simple kitchen with the basic equipment icluding tea pot, coffee maker, microwave. Zero supplies, not even salt though. We did wish it was a bit warmer, but the apartment was perfect for sleeping!"

"The bathroom lacked a safety rail in the shower, which I consider dangerous because I am over 70 years old. In addition, the electric water heater had a cord which was so short that it could not reach the electrical outlet in the kitchen area. I had to call the desk and ask for an extension cord, in general, there were be no not enough electrical outlets in the room. on the positive side, I thought the room was very beautiful and spacious. "The apartment was modern and clean just as pictured. The downside being that during our stay were on the 5th floor and the elevator was out of order. Also, the heat was on high, probably 27c or 80f. Thermostat was hidden up in a loft accessible only by a ladder and didn’t respond when turned down anyway."

"My daughter recommended Frogner House and it was perfect! I had a studio and for my needs it fit the bill. I’m planning on booking here again on my next visit to see my daughter and her family! Great location walking distance to most everything in Oslo! And the bus stop was nearby as well! "

"Advertised a washer and dryer but only a washer provided. Management is not on site and slow to respond to requests (takes 24 hours) and don’t always provide what is requested."

"This was was the worst booking I have made. I made a booking and received the confirmation too. When I went to to the apartment location at the time of check in, I contacted the online agent to send me an access cod which was meant to b sent to me to enter the building and the room. However, the agent went back and fourth with me for 2 hours to end up saying they haven’t got a booking for me even though I sent him a screenshot of my booking confirmation they could not do anything. "We booked two 2x bedroom apartments. One was way smaller than the other, but the smaller one I stayed in 404, first night I got bites all over my body which the pharmacist said were mites or bed begs but the cleaner checked and found no trace in the linen. I was moved to a bigger apartment which was way cleaner and way more comfy which was appreciated but just not a great way to start a trip hence the average review. The staff were helpful but still annoying that I got a reaction like that. "
