"This property is located near the Watford Junction train and bus station and is within walking distance of it. The hotel is modern and the room was nice. Staff were very friendly. This is a great hotel to stay at if you are visiting Harry Potter World as the shuttle bus to the studios is from the Bus stops near the train station which is quite close to the hotel . Despite the hotel being near to the train and bus station I did not hear any noise pollution at night . I would highly recommend this hotel and I would stay here again. 5*****"

"Arguably the best UK hotel i have stayed in within the past 15 years and that’s saying something! From the old-world charm of individually named rooms to the polite and friendly staff and the quality of the food, my stay was top drawer! Even a couple of minor issues that I brought to the staff’s attention were handled quickly and professionally; I will definitely be back!"

"Booked this hotel for one night due to an event and ovo arena, easy to get to, we walked from harrow on the hill to the hotel (if you don’t mind walking) only 22 minutes, lovely staff, hotel was clean and quiet, bed was comfy, everything was pretty easy to walk to even the tube station (South Harrow station) was 8 minutes walk away, really enjoyed the night and bonus was a comfy bed "

Night staff unable to control rowdy guests

"Terrible nights stay. The door of the club room had a gap of about 1 inch at the bottom and any corridor noise was heard even with towels blocking the gap. Female occupants of the room opposite were rowdy, loud and had lots of “gentlemen callers” all through the night. The night staff were informed 3 times but no action was taken. They had plenty of opportunity as the “ladies” went outside for smokes every hour and banged the door on exit and entry. I know it’s hard to control bad behavior but I felt very let down that no attempt was made by staff to talk to the “ladies” when they were in there room. Seemed like everyone on our floor apart from the “ladies” were at Starbucks when it opened all complaining about the lack of sleep and staff inaction. "

Good choice.

"I found the hotel to have a very new looking and modern decor. The room was very comfortable. My dinner was tasty and enjoyable. The morning coffee was nice however, the cooked items were over cooked- some were burnt infact. Saddly the hash browns were burnt and inedible... a real shame. The pastrys and fruits were fine and typical for this type of hotel chain. Over all, yes I will stay again and recommend this hotel. "
