"Its a lovely old manor house set in its own lovely grounds and is part of Cambridge University. It is set on the southern side of the city. Check out is a very civilised 11am. It has a spacious bar with a garden terrace which does a limited menu but there is a pub a short walk away if you want something more substantial and a larger selection of beers. "Lol very place to stay, friendly B&B with great owners and their family. It was like staying at my aunt's and loved it. "Great friendly service from checking in to checking out, made to feel appreciated for choosing to stay here. The room itself was nice, warm & comfortable with some original features of the building alongside modern details. Breakfast was nice & a good selection from cereals to fully cooked breakfast with yogurts, juices also avaliable. Wouldnt have any hesitation in staying here again."

"This is a beautiful B&B in a quiet residential area. The large garden is a perfect place to relax and defuse after a busy day. There is also a big public park a short distance away that has football nets, basketball, tennis, etc. The Holly Tree is walking distance from the bus station where there is a bus going downtown every 5 minutes. "We had an amazing stay here, upon arrival we noted that there was plenty of available parking spaces and we received a lovely welcome from the staff. Over the weekend, we often enjoyed a few drinks in the pub as well as a lovely dinner there. We were made to feel very comfortable, welcomed and relaxed at all times. The food was very good (especially the freshly cooked breakfast made to order). Many thanks for a perfect stay!"

"The room was excellent. It was clean and comfortable with all you would need for your needs and comfort. The toilet and shower facility was first class. All appliances were working properly and the shower and toilet were spotless. The breakfast provided was excellent. It was well cooked and plentiful with all tastes catered for. All in all, a highly recommended place to stay in Cambridge."

"We had a lovely stay in this very special bnb . The rooms were well appointed with a super comfy bed and good linen. There was a well stocked tea tray with fresh milk and good quality biscuits. The shower room was close by and soley for our use. The host Alison was really lovely and knowledgable on the local area. The best bit was the peace and quiet and no light pollution. In beautiful countryside. "

"This is a lovely Aparthotel in a great location in Cambridge. Only downside is the noise from the road. I advise guests to bring earplugs or even better, supplied by the hotel. Some noise also from banging doors in the corridor. A coffeemaker is provided in the room, but only with 2 capsules and no fresh milk available."

Lovely stay and amazing staff

"One of the best hotels for customer experience I've been to: the staff were helpful, polite and always greeted you with a smile. I had contacted them on booking and said it was a special occasion, and when we arrived there was a lovely card and treat waiting for us as a surprise, such a lovely touch. The reception staff were also fantastic at catching my random emails asking for little things to ensure a special surprise for my partner wasn't spoiled; they played along and it went off without a hitch. The Bentley experience was lovely. Only minor complaints were the room smelt a bit musty, but I think the ventilation for the bathroom wasn't as strong as it needs to be. And there was a lot of noise from the room above when they had a shower at 6am on a Sunday - it sounded like water trickling into our room. But if I'm visiting again will definitely stay again. Highly recommended "
