"A lovely stay at a very nice hotel. The room was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the lounge etc are just wonderful. Due to the location of the hotel I think this is definitely more of a seasonal hotel, however this didn’t impact my opinion of it, the service was great, room was lovely and the food (both breakfast and dinner) was incredible! My only complaint is that they don’t have tea/coffee making facilities in the room, we were told that we could go to the bar for these however, they charge for them on your bill at the end of the stay which...

"We had a lovely time at the Tiger Inn East Dean celebrating my friends birthday. The room was cosy and very pretty, it had everything we needed. The shower was powerful and hot which we enjoyed. The breakfast was great neither of us needed lunch after it. The village of East Dean is charming and has many original features. We ate dinner at the Tiger Inn and had a lunch at Hikers Rest. We didn't have time to visit the Thai restaurant that we heard was good or the deli cafe."
