"When we arrived the staff was so friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The room was nice could see beverley town centre from our window. We had lovely breakfast. I can't wait to go back. The best of all free parking."

"Loved the property. It was beautifully decorated, and had everything you could possibly need. We have stayed with five star stays before, so this wasn’t the first time and won’t be the last. However the first staff member I spoke to on arrival at the Plough to collect the keys was nothing other than miserable!! Granted we did arrive 30 minutes early, but he was so dismissive of us. I don’t know whether I disturbed his precious time but he was most unpleasant. Took the shine off the stay. He avoided me when I did go back at the correct time, clearly unhappy in life and working in the incorrect industry of customer service."
