"This property worked well for our group of 4 adults to explore St. Andrews and surrounding area. It was easy to access, street parking was a breeze, and the layout worked well for our group. The main floor bedrooms were comfortable. The one suggestion I would have is to provide an extra roll of toilet paper - we were a group of 4 for 2 nights and just finished the roll that was provided when we checked out."

"My sister and I really enjoyed our stay in Kirkmichael. Hannah and Miles were perfect hosts, and the cottage was very clean/cozy and in a very convenient location. We were able to do many day trips to surrounding areas. Great location if you want to visit Pitlochry, Blair Athol, Braemar, and/or other areas within Perthshire. Wonderful hiking trails from the town that vary in length/time that range in difficulty from easy to strenuous. We also highly recommend The Cabin for a meal or two...

"Had a lovely weekend staying at Birnie Cottage. Aileen was great at giving information prior to our arrival and gave us a lovely welcome with scones, butter and jam. The cottage had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The garden is beautiful and we were lucky enough to be able to sit out 2 evenings enjoying the sun and the garden.
