"What a great property, comfy bed, and seating area. The kitchen is well stocked for a smaller place ( Keurig, coffee maker AND air fryer),great rainshower as well. We were here for a wedding, a little cool for the beach but we walked there anyway. The property was lovely- firepit, landscaping, even tho close to Red Arrow highway, we never noticed, very quiet. Would definitely return in the summer months."

"Perfect place for our girls’ weekend! The house is so charming and comfortable. Surrounded by the changing fall leaves, this home is conveniently located with only a short drive to all New Buffalo restaurants, shopping, and the wineries of Berrien County. The kitchen and rest of the house was well-stocked with plenty of towels, extra blankets, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in both bathrooms. The family/hearth room was where we spent most of our time, the furniture was very comfortable making for a great place to hang out and watch a movie. We would love to come back in the summer to take advantage of the beach. A favorite stay for sure! "

"Weekend with children and grandchildren to celebrate my wife’s bday - kids’ mother, grandmother and rock of our family. The accommodations were excellent for family and provided a wonderful place to gather together while providing opportunity for personal space. "

"This was a 4 day getaway to relax. While there is no water view from the property, a short walk and some steps led us to the perfect semiprivate beach. There were umbrellas, chairs and 2 kayaks available to use. Despite it being mid September, the water was swimmable and the temps were high 80s. We brought our dogs with us and they loved swimming in the water. I can't speak to how busy it is during the peak summertime, but we had the entire stretch to ourselves. Loved that! We got to meet the property owner's dad who lives nearby. He was the greatest! He told us of a great pizza place (Villa Rosa), checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. He was available without being intrusive and we really appreciated how he looked out for us. We had not brought towels and he furnished them for us. The place was comfortable and had everything we needed to cook. The beds were comfortable. It could easily have held 7-11 people. We didn't stay in the studio part but it was adorable. My only complaint was with loud/older air conditioning units when trying to sleep, but they served their purpose. I used ear plugs without a problem, which I bring when I travel anyway. The host was communicative and helpful, and again, her dad made our stay even better with his kindness and how he looked out for us. We would stay there again for sure! "
