"Didn't care for Starbucks being their only coffee choice in room."

"Everything was clean. There was decent city views. Staff was professional. The only thing is that I booked beforehand and when we got there which was around 3:45ish they still didnt have any rooms available. We still had to wait after 4 pm. That was a bit annoying after having a long day and had been travelling since 6 in the morning. But other than that everything else was great."

"I like how the view of the city and how convenient it was to attractions and stores and I didn't like how breakfast was not included it's nice to have a luxury hotel but it would be nice to not have an extra charge for in room dining"

"They were great! When I couldn’t travel with a gift in my carry on and was rushing out the concierge didn’t let me down and packages and shipped it to me. I didn’t have to chase or worry which is priceless on the road. Thank you!"

"Very cute location.. the room was small but perfect for my husband and I.. the only problem was there’s no available parking so we had to park on the street or in a parking garage. But other than that we loved it."
