"Was excited to stay on the square with the cathedral, but the inability to pull up to the hotel and no elevator plus an incredibly narrow spiraling staircase made getting in and out feel down right dangerous. The room is clean, but unbelievably small; the bath was nice- about the same size as the room! Dinner in the hotel restaurant was pretty good. Petite déjeuner was in a sister hotel down the street and was very good. The diminutive size of the hotel would keep me from staying here again."

"The hotel is a gorgeously renovated abbey on the edge of the old town center of Beaune. From the moment we arrived and were greeted by Betty we felt welcome and relaxed. The room was spacious and elegant. The subterranean pool was a favorite feature to me, quiet and relaxing. Breakfast, which was served in a beautiful room by kind and attentive people, was delicious, with buffet items and eggs served to order. We enjoyed a wonderful stay.
