"Everything would have been perfect if the staff had not said a word to us and charged us an extra fee. At first we didn't understand why and then I read on the website that it turns out that you have to pay extra for prevarication with a dog. It would be good to tell hotel guests about it."

We couldn’t get any spa services this time because of time constraints but plan to re-visit and get a spa service sometime soon. We loved the 1833 dining experience, all the items were amazing."
