It is located in a unique spot, surrounded by nature, which allows you to enjoy the tranquility and spectacular views.

The villa is situated in a long valley at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains. Here the nature is still pure, and you will find 100 percent peace from the stressed everyday life. The forest behind the house and the mountains also belong to the property.

Located on a plot of more than 280 acres that includes a mountain itself, this magnificent house has a private pool with dimensions of 20m x 5m.

In the small village of Orient, with just three dozen inhabitants, there's only on restaurant. However, as the distances on Mallorca are short and manageable, you only have to drive a few minutes by car to the supermarket located in Bunyolas and 20 minutes further you are already in Palma.

Unique, as the property from the outside, is also the house from the inside. Luxuriously and completely adapted to the style of Majorcan country houses.

It consists of 3 floors, large terraces overlooking the pool, and a large lawned garden. The property is surrounded by plantations of olive trees and mountains, which makes it a privileged place for relaxation.

Ground floor - there is a spacious dining room with Tv and a table for 20 people, and a living area with a fireplace, ideal for celebrating long evenings with family or friends. Furthermore, on this floor, there is a bathroom with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher.

First floor - there is a living-dining room with satellite television and a gas kitchen. Besides, there are two comfortable bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes and a separate bathroom with a bathtub.

Second floor - there are the other bedrooms. A bedroom with four single beds has a private bathroom with a shower and a room with a television. Two bedrooms with two single beds each, both with en-suite bathrooms in the same place. The last children's bedroom, with a bunk bed and an 80 x 190 cm single bed. Apart from the toilets in the rooms, there is a separate bathroom with a shower.

The garden is vast and is made up of a well-kept lawn, several terraces, and many corners to be with friends or to rest. The porch invites to have a barbecue in the afternoon. The villa is independent and has total privacy, so it is ideal for those seeking tranquility and being surrounded by nature.
