"Very convenient location in easy walking distance of the airport terminal and trains. Very friendly reception staff. Hotel room was great: spacious, very well soundproofed, and the bed had an excellent mattress and comfortable pillows. Could do with a few more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. Breakfast is served from very early in the morning which makes the hotel a convenient choice for travelers with an early morning flight to catch. The one thing that let this otherwise good hotel down was that the tables in the lounge bar were left unwiped and glasses not collected promptly after previous guests/customers had departed. We couldn’t find a clean table. Left a poor impression in the evening of our arrival. This was our second stay at the Hampton and we can definitely recommend it!"

"Second stay at this hotel with family, really enjoyed again and sure we will return. Staff all lovely and helpful especially with children. Small issue dealt with quickly. Really like the relaxed atmosphere in the bar and seating area and outside area around the lovely lake. Great being able to get good food not just in the restaurant. The pool is really nice but feel it would be good especially in the holidays to extend the kids swim times just a little longer as we were unable to use the pool on the first night and it wasn't very late at all. Stayed in a junior suite and really liked the extra touches. Having the kids on a large sofa bed in another separated part of the room makes a big difference. Also the jacuzzi bath and the inclusive well stocked mini fridge make it feel like value is added and help create a relaxing stay and make us choose this over other hotels in the area. Also the breakfast both days was very nice and no fuss."

"Room was clean with various lighting options, quiet and my accessibility requests were honoured. Had difficulty screen casting, requires specific app such as mirroring or screen sharing. Dont association Radisson with restaurant as ive found all hotels, UK based, to be more of a dressed upp Toby Carvery. I would like to stay and dine here if the menu reflected the venue."

"Everything was great although the bar was closed by the time I arrived at 11.20. A bit of a shame that, as I would have liked a drink. Also, I have a CPAP machine and it was a bit of a faff to plug in as the plug was under the TV opposite the bed, rather than by the bedside. Overall, though, most impressed, staff were friendly and well-presented and the room was clean and well-maintained. The inclusive breakfast and the double-door that closed either toilet or shower was a nice touch. "
