"It was clean on arrival, easy check in. The property could use some repair, I had to slam the door to get it to latch, the heater could have worked better, it would stay on blowing heat all night and get the room hot or not work at all. The last night we were there it worked better than the rest. The toilet handle come off I had to fix. The tub is cracked, and you stood in water while showering, drain needs cleaning. "I would not recommend this hotel. Pictures are not accurate of the rooms. There was barely any furniture in the room, I got a suite. Towels were dirty, blood stain on lamp shade and ceiling. A very right part of town to stay in, I didn’t feel very safe at all. Front desk staff seemed to be high on something and check in took too long. Staff not dressed professionally. You get what you pay for, I was very disappointed - avoid if you can. "

"DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! We were visiting Morristown for a family wedding. We made our reservations at this hotel in January 2023 and paid by credit card at that time. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed by the front desk lady that they would not accept the rate that was listed on hotels.com.
