At every turn they went out of their way to be sure that we had everything that we needed and wanted with gracious, warm hospitality that could serve as a model for other resorts. Spotlessly clean and comfortable. A beautiful pool. A shuttle to take you into “town” and to other restaurants. But it was the staff that truly made this a fabulous stay"

"This property is very unkempt and in very poor condition. You should not have it on your site. We stayed one night instead of the two we had booked. The staff were great and the room though old was clean. The bathroom was disgusting. The grounds were a mess. It is a shame as could be a good hotel"

"When we first arrived and were standing out the front we thougt oh no what have we gotten ourselves into, but we were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were large and clean, air conditioners worked great and the pool was beautiful. So much value for money. But to my kids disappointment there were no Tv's, which i loved."

"Decent double room with private bathroom and AC. Basic breakfast included. Our room was located directly next to gate and parking lot, so some disturbance by late arriving cars / scooters. The staff was friendly and helpful, but sometimes there seemed to be some communication difficulties. Condition OK, but not great. Area not that amazing, we found the beach at Gili Trawanga better and cleaner."
