"I booked this property 8 months ago. I chose it because it was one of the only ones that had a swimming pool in the area that I was going to look at. First thing about getting to this hotel is that you have to go down a very long bumpy dirty unsafe road. Everything is covered in this brown dust which is a combination of feces and soil. It's extremely uncomfortable to drive on. Once I arrived at the hotel I really wanted to like the place. One of the owners seemed friendly, and the staff also...

"they need to inform clients upfront if they can't accept credit cards. When I tried to pay with my CC for meals I was informed that they can't accept credit cards. Apparently there was an issue with the bank. it creates a predicament to clients who do not have access to cash. otherwise, the stay was excellent "

"The place felt very safe and in a nice setting with plenty of green outside space. Rooms were very clean and spacious with nice private front terraces. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially the onwer, Agnes, who arranged sightseeing trips in the area, airport transfer (15 mins) and other transport for us. "Got to the (awful) hotel to be told the airport shuttle wasn't available and they weren't expecting us. We showed them the confirmation of booking and payment and the phoned their boss. Apparently every internet booking the payment isn't received so if we want to stay at the hotel we would have to pay twice and claim the money back later. They openly admit they try this on all bookings. We left and stayed at the airport instead and will claim or original payment from Expedia."

"Great place to spend the night before heading out in safari. Timely pick up from airport, easy check-in, super friendly staff, and good food for dinner and breakfast. Only hiccup was a lack of soap in our bathroom and then subsequent search to find a bar."
