Not only did we find the morning buffets excellent but also sampled the dinner offerings and were also impressed. A marvelous location on the Pest side of the Danube! "We stayed for 4 nights. The staff were wonderful. Free tea and coffee in the lounge off the main reception is a lovely touch. Breakfast is plentiful and covered most things anyone could surely want or need. The building, although very historic is beautifully modernised to a high standard. The beds and bedding was so comfortable, the room was clean and well maintained. 4 star hotel which lived up to its star rating for sure and at a really good price. Easy 15 to 20 minute walk down to the riverside and central Budapest. Same to the Jewish quarter which is a must visit place for food and drink."
