Molinot 4 - Charming country house with garden in Búger, Mallorca

Peace and tranquility is what you are breathing in this relaxing enclave of the island. Lovely stone house, recently restored, all on one floor, except the stairs in the old mill.
Located in the countryside, on a dead end street, only surrounded by nature. Búger, the town to which it belongs, is only a couple of kilometers away.

The garden and outdoor area is natural, calm and relaxed, it has a large kidney shaped pool, surrounded by grass. The house is located near a wooded area, for this reason, you cannot light a fire. So the house has an electric barbecue. Everything you need to enjoy the Mallorcan day and night.

The house, all on one level, is bright and fresh thanks to its beautiful vaulted ceilings.
The passage of life in the house is very comfortable, it consists of a fully-equipped kitchen-dining room, 3 double bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathrooms.
This house can be rented for 4 people with this rate. If there are up to 6 people, please contact us.

For those who like to know every corner of the destinations where they travel, due to its location it is ideal as a starting point, it could be said that it´s half way from any point on the island.

Perfekt, wenn man Ruhe und Erholung sucht
Wir haben hier genau das gefunden, was der Beschreibungstext verspricht: Ruhe und Frieden. Unsere 10 Tage im Spätsommer auf Mallorca waren in dieser Unterkunft wunderbar. Das Haus ist sehr urig und bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub ohne großen Luxus benötigt. Hinweisen möchte ich darauf, dass die Doppelbetten in den 2 Haupt-Schlafzimmern eher schmale französische Betten sind - ausweichen kann man aber in das 3. Schlafzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, das dann aber wiederum "nur" über eine eigene Toilette mit Waschbecken verfügt, nicht über ein vollwertiges (wenn auch jeweils sehr enges) Badezimmer, wie die beiden anderen Schlafzimmer. Die Küche ist gut mit allem ausgestattet, was man für bis zu 6 Bewohner braucht. Schön wäre ein bequemerer Bereich zum Zusammensitzen: Der Tisch ist groß, aber nicht sehr gemütlich, das Sofa steht als Einzelstück eher ein bisschen unmotiviert im Raum. Aber das ist Kritik auf hohem Niveau. Wir haben ganze Tage einfach am und im Pool und mit Blick auf den eindrucksvollen Mühlenturm verbracht und dabei nur die Hähne und Hunde der Nachbarschaft gehört - und vielleicht die Flugzeuge, aber das ist ja fast überall auf Mallorca so. Alles, was man für die Verpflegung braucht, gibt es in Supermärkten, die mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen sind - das allerdings braucht man hier unbedingt. Großes Lob auch an das Team von Villasmar, das bei einem kleineren Problem auch am Sonntag schnell und gut geholfen hat!

Eine tolle Villa mit großartigem Pool! Beim parallelen betreiben mehrerer Stromverbrauchender Geräte wie z.B. Herd, Waschmaschine, Klimaanlage fliegt die Sicherung raus. Um den Strom wieder einschalten zu können muss der nicht sofort sichtbare Sicherungskasten am Pool hinter den Bäumen getätigt werden. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden wieder in die Villa zurückkehren! Vielen Dank

Schöne Finca mit großem Pool
Die Finca hat ein sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Haus ist sauber und schön eingerichtet. Der Pool ist optimal: Schön groß und gut zum Schwimmen. Es gibt viele Ameisen im Haus. Hier sollte eine dauerhafte Lösung gefunden werden. Im oberen Badezimmer sollte ein Duschvorhang angebracht werden. Es wäre super, wenn man die Fensterläden befestigen könnte, so dass diese bei Wind offen bleiben.

Haus und Pool sind schön
Haus und Pool sind schön. Es war alles sehr sauber. Die Vermieterin wohnt im Ort und ist sehr nett. Die Lage eignet sich prima für all diejenigen, die die Insel in alle Richtungen erkunden möchten. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig und ländlich, ein Auto ist ein Muss. Morgens kräht idyllisch der Hahn, die Hunde der entfernteren Nachbarn haben uns nicht gestört. Wir hatten selbst unseren Hund dabei. Das Grundstück ist eingezäunt. Allerdings musste ich unsere Aussie-Dame 3-5 Mal am Tag von kleinen Kletten im Fell befreien.

This is a delightful converted mill in a remote and idyllic location in the Majorcan countryside. The villa has everything you would need for a relaxed holiday away from the hustle and bustle. A clean swimming pool, AC and other expected facilities. We really enjoyed our time here and used it as a base to both relax and explore the island by car. The hosts are lovely and I would recommend this place to other travellers.
