"We enjoyed our stay. No hairdryer in the room. No dressing gowns We found the accommodation very difficult to find the numbers of the cottages where that small we had to get out the car to read what number it was. A very good breakfast "

"Amazing! The greeting by Marlarnie was so friendly & welcoming & informative. The gardens & pool are so beautifully tended. The pool is heated to a perfect temperature, the lodge was bright & spacious & spotlessly clean with everything we needed. We even had our own patio area to sit out & watch the morning birds with the stunning mountains in the back drop. The river at the bottom of the garden, which had stepping stones that led into the woods clearly sign posted & a clear path to follow was the icing on the cake, loved everything & we would go back."

"This is a very special place. The hosts are a lovely warm hospitable couple who have planned everything with great thought and and fine eye for quality and detail. The whole property is spacious and serene. The rooms and bathrooms spacious and beautifully styled. The breakfasts are amazing - a huge choice of specialist teas, homemade granola, preserves and pastries, cheeses, the most fantastic seedy bread! And a great range of very tasty well cooked hot options. All served in a light and airy sunny room overlooking the gardens. The pool is perfect with sufficient loungers for all the rooms spaced for maximum privacy. The grounds are very secluded and private, with lovely trees, shrubs and water features attracting a myriad of birdlife. It is a lovely lovely place. "
