This little home worked great for us for a week’s stay. Neighborhood felt safe. Had everything we needed but communication with the host could use improvement. We found lots of fun things to do in Buffalo.

Perfect little home away from home!
The cozy and charming decor made us feel right at home from the moment we walked through the door. The house was well-maintained and the amenities were thoughtfully designed with guests' comfort in mind. The main spaces were bright and comfortable. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants, shopping and attractions nearby. I highly recommend Shannon’s home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Buffalo. This home was in a great quiet neighborhood. A nicely decorated home. The host stocked it with coffee pods & creamer which my mom loved. The bathrooom looked recently renovated. Loved all the touches and necessities she thought of. Highly recommended this house to stay in. Will definitely stay here again

The house was nice and clean and had everything you need for a getaway in Buffalo! We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well equipped. Neighborhood was nice and quiet. Will stay again when in the area!

Just outside of Buffalo, there is an immaculate, cozy home where you will find any of the necessities you may need (plus extra special touches all around the house). After a day out visiting Buffalo and/or Niagara Falls, this is the place to rest, relax and recharge. Conveniently situated within a wonderful neighborhood, we enjoyed coffee on the front porch in the morning, and drinks in the backyard in the evening. We truly enjoyed our stay!!

Great Stay!
We spent five nights in this quiet, cozy, comfortable house. There was a heat wave the week we were there, but the AC and fans kept us cool and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for prepairing meals. We would definitely rent this VRBO again when visiting family.

Little White House on the Corner
Shannon’s neighborhood house is well-suited for a couple, or a family of four, as a great alternative to another hotel/motel stay. Pros: comfortable beds, nice living room with seating for 4+, cozy little kitchen with glass table for two, W & D to take care of a week’s laundry, entry code and great communications with specific directions & instructions. Cons: small kitchen if more than one is preparing a meal. Overall: loved the convenient location for trips anywhere in the greater Buffalo area and appreciated the excellent value for a clean & nicely furnished home for our stay vs. a hotel/motel. We are really happy to have rented your home. My brother & wife stayed at your property while in Buffalo a few years ago. He hopes to rent again when in WNY and said that we would not be disappointed. He was right. We enjoyed our stay, the nearby shopping, dining & services and more!

Just Like Home!
Shannon’s place is nice and cozy. It was beautiful and clean and had all the comforts and conveniences of being at home. The neighborhood was quiet. I only had to reach out to the owner regarding check in and check out. I didn’t have any questions or issues during my stay and when I did reach out she was responsive. I had absolutely no problems. I would definitely recommend Shannon’s place and would rent again myself.

Home away from home
We loved this house! Stayed a week to take in the falls and catch a Sabres game. Cozy touches throughout and well equipped kitchen. Shannon was quick to respond to questions! Neighborhood was nice and we walked to the local Dominos two nights. Would not hesitate to stay again.
