"The accommodation was clean and conveniently located near major establishments and public transport. The owners were extremely friendly and responsive to all our inquiries. While the shower lacked heated water, everything else went smoothly. Highly recommended!"

"The staff reached out to us prior to arrival, very nice, helpful and responds quickly to our requests. We stayed in 2 different rooms as we were transferred on day 3. Both rooms are nice and with a view. It is in South of Market Residence which is near SM Aura, walkable to variety of restaurants. stores,... We liked the place and the surrounding area. It is safe and quiet. Easy to get a Grab for transportation. We recommend this place."

"Amazing place especially the city view. Very spacious and good for a big family. Although Wifi so weak and the floor kinda slippery but it’s clean. Master bedroom washroom clogged coz lots of hair in the sink and shower. But overall still good and highly recommended. For sure will be back for our next or future trip in the Philippines. Thanks "

"Instructions to use was absent, at the address nobody heard of Andi and Francis. Luckaly another rental was available aor else I would have had big problems. Should get a full refund of my money to use Expedia again"

"I needed to get my medications picked up from the pharmacy and they offered to have One of their Concierge go to the Pharmacy. It’s very touching. I would improve though their breakfast . It’s plenty but needs some refinement. Other than that I love the rooms, it’s clean. "
